I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and you can really tell that the staff takes pride in maintaining the space. The breakfast was delicious and filled with plenty of options. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from The Island and everything else Pigeon Forge has to offer. However, my initial room had a few cleanliness issues and noise from the highway was noticeable, which detracted slightly from the experience.

Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring a nice table for two and a connecting balcony that offered views of the mountains. However, the noise from the nearby highway was a bit more than I prefer.

The service was very attentive, with staff always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. They even moved us without issue when there was a mistake with our room originally.

The hotel's location is incredible! It's right in the heart of Pigeon Forge and just a short walk to The Island, which made exploring so easy and convenient.

The breakfast options were varied and delicious, making for a great start to the day. And did I mention the warm cookies every night? Such a tasty treat!
